Menstrual health is still considered taboo in many parts of the world, even in the United States. At MyDOT, we believe education is key to breaking this stigma. Our menstrual education program offers easy-to-understand, evidence-based information about menstrual cycles, hygiene, and reproductive health. From understanding how periods work to debunking myths and misconceptions, we provide resources for both individuals and educators. Our free digital guides and in-person workshops are designed for young people, parents, and teachers to learn about menstruation in a supportive and informative environment.
